All orders are custom made. Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer returns on products. If there is a problem with your order feel free to reach out to our customer services team at iamblueyork@gmail.com.

If you have received an item that is damaged, or if you were sent an item that was different than the design, size, and / or color that you originally ordered, please reach out to us. Always remember to check the sizing charts and check your cart before purchasing items.

CANCELLATIONS
As far as cancellation goes, you can request to cancel your order before fulfillment begins. Please note orders start getting fulfilled shortly after placed. Once the fulfillment process starts, orders can not be canceled.
